Scope of Works

The project involved the supply and installation of all mechanical services equipment, including two rooftop package air conditioning units and three DX cassette systems, selected to suit the building layout and operational requirements. Alpine delivered all associated refrigeration services including pipework installation, insulation, bracketing and commissioning.

Ventilation works included the installation of outside air and exhaust air systems, along with all ductwork, grilles, diffusers, louvres, and associated air distribution components required to complete the system.

Alpine completed all electrical final connections from isolators, installed wall-mounted controllers where required, and provided full equipment labelling throughout the installation. System commissioning included testing, air balancing, and verification of performance across all installed equipment.

Works were supported by seismic restraint compliance, and full commissioning documentation including construction issue drawings, maintenance manuals, and operation documentation. A 12-month defects liability period was also included, with scheduled quarterly servicing and maintenance to support system performance and reliability.

Key Outcomes

The project was delivered as a fully commissioned and compliant mechanical services installation, integrated seamlessly with the overall building works. Strong coordination with Garvie Builders and site trades ensured efficient installation sequencing and adherence to program requirements. The completed system provides reliable and efficient climate control for the facility, supported by full documentation, testing, and structured post-completion maintenance support.
