Scope of Works

Multi-head, Mitsubishi Electric heat-pump air conditioning systems consisting of cassette and ducted type fan coil units were supplied and installed to provide flexibility to the client throughout the 2-story complex. Services included outside air systems and exhaust systems, interconnecting refrigeration pipework, final electrical fit off, seismic compliance and full air balance. Individual wall mounted controllers, along with a site-wide Central Controller provides optimal control all year round.

The project delivered a fully commissioned and certified mechanical services system that met all design and regulatory requirements.
