Project Summary

A chilled water Air Handling Unit with integrated electric reheat was chosen for installation within the hospital’s existing chilled water circuit. This system enhanced temperature and humidity control to meet the precise needs of the sterile stock room.

For humidification, a reverse osmosis-compatible humidifier was selected, leveraging the site’s existing reverse osmosis system. This choice not only ensured effective humidification but also reduced maintenance costs and extended humidifier lifespan.

An Innotech Direct Digital Control system was installed, incorporating multiple temperature, humidity, velocity, and pressure sensors throughout the space. This system provides precise environmental control and integrates seamlessly with the hospital’s existing control network. Additionally, automated alerts ensure immediate action if conditions deviate from specifications.
